RESEARCH FINDINGS

The logarithmic reduction of Escherichia coli (cfu/cm2) on the front surface of the mobile device (A=44.5 cm2) due to the impact of the UV Led during 30 minutes.

The average impact of the drainage was subtracted from the reductions.  Figure 1. The impact of the UV-Led treatment on E. coli on the front and back surface of the phone. The maximum logarithmic reduction on the front side 3.3 and on the back side 4.4.
